CK52 series parts processing and assembly are based on export standard, whose left tool holder is controlled by DVT system for rough machining of workpiece, and the right tool holder is controlled by CNC system for finishing machining of workpiece. Customers can also use CNC system to control both tool holders according to their needs. The CNC systems of SIEMENS,FANUCOITF, Guang-zhou CNC, Huazhong CNC and other domestic and foreign CNC systems are available. CK52 series can turn internal and external cylinders, internal and external cones, planes, grooves, threads and various rotating surface bodies, whose spindle is equipped with encoders that provide functions of constant linear speed cutting and thread turning. The CNC tool holder positioning accuracy is0.02/1000mm and repeat positioning accuracy is0.02/1000mm,which can meet the needs of heavy load, strong cutting and high preci-sion..
