It can also be used for machining various common threads such as metric, English, modular diameter pitch threads, and drill, hinge, tapping broaching line slot and other work. The horizontal bed is made of high-quality cast iron, and the guide surface is treated by medium frequency induction hardening. The guide rail is composed of polytetrafluoroethylene guide rail, which is wear-resistant, vibration-absorbing and precision-keeping.
Spindle adopts three-support structure, good rigidity, high precision, strong cutting. Wide speed range, can choose a more reasonable speed.
Saddle Lathe in addition to the completion of conventional turning work, but also can turn a variety of flat and abnormal parts. There are more complete special parts for users to choose from.
